Fair Use and Data Policy (PlaymakerAI)

1. Why we have these rules

These rules exist to protect our unique football data and to ensure that PlaymakerAI Fantasy Pro, for both Allsvenskan and the Premier League, remains fast, stable, and fair for all our users. The rules apply to all content in the service, regardless of which league or tab you use, and regardless of whether you access it on the web or in the app. By using the service, you agree to these guidelines.

2. Your account is personal

Your access to PlaymakerAI is strictly personal. Under no circumstances may you share your login credentials with friends or allow unauthorised individuals to use your account to access our premium data. This applies even if you hold season passes for more than one league. An account is always tied to one person.

3. Prohibition of bots and data scraping

The service is designed for manual use by you as a player. It is strictly prohibited to use automated programs to extract data from our platforms.

You may not use web scrapers, bots, or scripts to mass-download statistics or forecasts.
All navigation and reading of data must take place via our official interfaces on the website or in the app.
We continuously monitor the platform, and systems that generate an abnormally high load on our servers will be blocked immediately.

4. Data distribution and copyright

All information, statistics, and AI-generated forecasts that you access behind our login are the intellectual property of PlaymakerAI.

No public publication: You may not systematically copy, publish, or distribute our locked premium data publicly (for example, on podcasts, blogs, X/Twitter, or other social media platforms).
No commercial use: Under no circumstances may you resell our data or use it to build competing services of your own. This includes using our data as input for paid tipping, odds, or advisory services.
No model training: You may not use our data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate your own machine learning models.
Exception: Discussing individual players' points with friends is, of course, permitted, but mass sharing of our databases, lists, or algorithms is prohibited.

5. Unofficial third-party extensions

If you choose to use unofficial browser extensions or other third-party programs in combination with our website, you do so entirely at your own risk. PlaymakerAI assumes no responsibility if these extensions cause technical errors. Furthermore, if they generate automated traffic that violates our anti-scraping rules, your account risks being suspended.

6. Trademarks and independence

PlaymakerAI is an independent analytics service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, The Football Association Premier League Limited, the official Fantasy Premier League game, Svensk Elitfotboll, or any other league or club rights holder. League, club, and player names are used purely descriptively to identify what the data refers to. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Connecting your fantasy team

If you choose to connect your team from an official fantasy game to PlaymakerAI, for example by entering your team ID, we retrieve only the information that the official game makes publicly available. We will never ask for your password to a third-party game, and you should never disclose it. We are not responsible for outages, interface changes, or inaccurate data at the third-party game, and such a disruption does not constitute a defect in our service.

8. Changes to the service

We develop the service continuously and may add, change, or discontinue leagues, views, and features. We will notify you by email or within the service of material changes that affect an ongoing season pass.

9. Suspension for rule violations

We take the protection of our data very seriously. Upon discovering a breach of these rules, such as unauthorised account sharing, the use of bots, or unauthorised distribution of premium data, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account. Suspension covers every league you have access to. In the event of such a suspension, no refund will be issued.
