Fair Use and Data Policy (PlaymakerAI)

1. Why we have these rules

No public publication: You may not systematically copy, publish, or distribute our locked premium data publicly (for example, on podcasts, blogs, X/Twitter, or other social media platforms).
No commercial use: Under no circumstances may you resell our data or use it to build competing services of your own.
Exception: Discussing individual players' points with friends is, of course, permitted, but mass sharing of our databases, lists, or algorithms is prohibited.

5. Unofficial third-party extensions

If you choose to use unofficial browser extensions or other third-party programs in combination with our website, you do so entirely at your own risk. PlaymakerAI assumes no responsibility if these extensions cause technical errors. Furthermore, if they generate automated traffic that violates our anti-scraping rules, your account risks being suspended.

6. Suspension for rule violations

We take the protection of our data very seriously. Upon discovering a breach of these rules—such as unauthorized account sharing, the use of bots, or unauthorized distribution of premium data—we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account. In the event of such a suspension, no refund will be issued.
