Terms of Purchase for PlaymakerAI Fantasy Pro
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to agreements regarding the purchase of digital content (the "Service") entered into between you as a consumer and Football Analytics Sweden AB, reg. no. 559072-4067, Götgatan 78, 118 30 Stockholm ("we", "us", operating under the brand PlaymakerAI). The terms apply to every season pass we sell, regardless of league. By starting a trial period or completing a purchase, you accept these terms.
2. The Service and access
The Service provides you with access to PlaymakerAI Fantasy Pro, including advanced football data, AI-generated forecasts, and analytical tools. The Service is currently offered for Allsvenskan and for the Premier League. Each season pass grants access to the league it covers. Access is delivered digitally immediately after you have registered your account. The Service is strictly personal and may not be shared with others.
3. Products, prices, trial period, and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
4. Validity period, cancellation, and refunds
During the trial period: You can cancel the Service at any time during your trial period via your account settings. If you cancel within this period, you will not be charged, and your access to the Service will be terminated when the trial period ends.
After the trial period: Your Season Pass is valid up to and including the conclusion of the season the purchase covers. Because the Season Pass is a one-time payment for a fixed period, no refunds (full or partial) are granted after the trial period has passed and the amount has been deducted. This applies regardless of whether you choose to stop using the Service or stop playing fantasy before the season ends.
Purchases made mid-season: The price is the same regardless of when during the season you buy your Season Pass. We do not offer a reduction for the part of the season already played.
5. Changes to the content of the Service
We develop the Service continuously and may add or change leagues, views, and features. We cannot guarantee that any individual feature will remain unchanged throughout a season. If we materially degrade the content of a Season Pass you have already paid for, we will notify you, and you are then entitled to contact us under the complaints section below.
6. Use of data (Fair Use)
The information and data provided in PlaymakerAI Fantasy Pro are protected by intellectual property rights. It is strictly prohibited to use automated systems (such as scrapers or bots) to extract data, or to publish our locked premium data publicly or for commercial purposes without our written consent. 7. Trademarks
PlaymakerAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, The Football Association Premier League Limited, the official Fantasy Premier League game, or any other league or club rights holder.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
When purchasing services online as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
Important exception for digital content
Because PlaymakerAI Fantasy Pro is a service consisting of digital content (data and analysis) delivered immediately when you start your account, an important exception to the statutory right of withdrawal applies. By consenting to the commencement of the Service (your trial period) and gaining immediate access to our premium data, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
Instead of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer our free trial period: 7 days for Fantasy Allsvenskan Pro and 14 days for Fantasy Premier League Pro. The trial period serves as your cooling-off period, and you pay nothing until it has expired. If you do not wish to pay for the Service, it is your responsibility to cancel it before the trial period ends. Once the trial period has transitioned into a paid Season Pass, the purchase is final and no refunds are granted.
Information regarding complaints
We always strive to deliver football data of the highest quality. If the Service deviates from what was agreed, or if it suffers from technical defects, you have the right to file a complaint under the Consumer Sales Act.
1. What constitutes a defect?
A defect may include login issues persisting for an extended period, missing promised features, or extensive service outages. Please note: The Service is based on football data and AI forecasts. The fact that an AI forecast (e.g., Predicted Points) does not come true in reality does not constitute a defect in the Service and is therefore not grounds for a complaint. The same applies to changes or outages at an official fantasy game or other external data source outside our control.
2. How to file a complaint
If you discover a defect, you must notify us within a reasonable time (a complaint made within two months is always considered timely). Send your complaint to our email address (see contact details below). Include your email address, the account and product in question, and a detailed description of the error (please attach screenshots if possible).
3. Remedial action
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, we will primarily attempt to rectify the defect (e.g., resolve the technical issue). If the defect is significant and cannot be rectified within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to cancel the purchase (receive a refund for the period the service did not function).
4. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You may also refer to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
